The validity of the price list

This price list is valid until the next edition is released. Any newly published price list cancels and replaces the previous one.

Prices

The prices indicated in the price list are expressed in Euros and are to be understood net of VAT and net of transport costs, which will be indicated and calculated separately. The agreed prices are calculated based on the costs in effect at the time of printing the price list. Therefore, the introduction of new costs and/or charges of any nature or the variation of existing ones entail corresponding price changes. In any case, the price defined and communicated at the time of the order will prevail.

Orders and order confirmations

The purchase order is not binding on the seller. The sale is concluded with the receipt by the buyer of the payment of the order amount.

Terms of payment

Our invoices are payable:

- Bank transfer when ordering,

- Paypal,

- Mastercard and Visa credit cards and by bank draft.

- Other conditions to be agreed.

Failure and/or delayed payment will result in the application of outstanding interest on arrears ex. Legislative Decree 09/10/2002 n. 231

Transport | shipments and deliveries

The seller will take care that, due to the weight and size of the item, a primary carrier takes care of the transportation of the goods sold. With the return of the goods to the carrier, the seller fulfils the delivery obligation and ownership of the thing is transferred to the buyer. The goods sold therefore travel on behalf and at the risk and peril of the buyer and the seller is not responsible for deterioration and/or damage and / or other damage deriving from the goods during transport. Upon arrival at the destination of the goods, the buyer has the burden of verifying the same and of writing down any damage and / or other damage on the delivery note by immediately submitting a complaint to the carrier.

Delivery time

The delivery terms indicated in the order confirmation are not binding for the seller, having merely indicative and presumptive nature, and are in any case intended exclusively for the seller and effective from the date of the order confirmation. However, after 90 days from the date of the order confirmation without the goods having been delivered, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sale. The withdrawal must be communicated to the seller by registered letter with return receipt. fax or certified e-mail. In addition to the right of withdrawal, no other claim, not even compensation, can be advanced by the buyer.

Items not included in the current price list

- Items included in the previous price list but not in the current one, if available, will be provided at updated prices. These prices will be communicated to the customer by the seller before finalizing the order. The ordering of these items, extra-price list, cannot be considered "mail-order sales" within the meaning of the law regulating sales made outside business premises Legislative Decree 15.01.1992 No. 50 and therefore does not fall within the scope of said law. This excludes the right of withdrawal provided for by the aforementioned law.

- Items in particular execution (even if offered in the price list), or made at the express request of the customer or other items not in the catalogue made and/or supplied on the indication, drawing etc. of the customer, cannot be considered as "mail-order sales" pursuant to the law regulating sales made outside business premises Legislative Decree 15.01.1992 No. 50 and therefore does not fall within the scope of this law. This excludes the right of withdrawal provided for by the aforementioned law.

Right of withdrawal

The seller recognizes the buyer the right to withdrawal. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 Nr 206, the buyer can exercise this right within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending a notice to the seller, within this term (the postmark is authentic), by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The communication can also be sent by e-mail or fax to be sent within the terms indicated above, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, in the same way, within the following 48 hours. The buyer is required to return the goods received to the seller within 7 calendar days from the date of its receipt, meaning the time when the goods are delivered for return to the post office or to the carrier as the deadline. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The substantial integrity of the goods is an essential requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal.

The seller undertakes to reimburse the buyer for any sum paid without accruing interest. The reimbursement does not include accessory costs.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The items included in the price list are covered by a warranty for lack of conformity for the duration of 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods. The operation of the guarantee is subject to the payment by the buyer of the expired amounts which therefore cannot be delayed and/or withheld by the same. In any case, the buyer forfeits the right to warranty if he does not report the defects to the Seller within two months of discovery or delivery in case of apparent defects. Under this guarantee, the seller, having ascertained the existence of the defect and the conditions of operation of the guarantee, replaces the article or, in the event of unavailability of the same, reimburses the price paid by the buyer. The buyer acknowledges that the seller is in no way responsible for any damage directly and/or indirectly caused by defects and/or defects in the goods, as well as due to the mismanagement of the goods supplied.

Transfer of ownership

The delivery of the goods to the shipper or the carrier produces the transfer of ownership to the buyer and from that moment the goods travel on behalf and at the exclusive risk and peril of the buyer himself, with a totally liberating effect for the seller. Consequently, the seller cannot be held responsible for deteriorations, failures, delays, fines and any other direct or indirect injury that affects the goods during the trip. It is therefore up to the buyer to handle requests, complaints and actions against third party carriers, shippers and/or any insurance companies. The seller reserves the right to resort to all legal means at its disposal to obtain what is due.

Applicable law and responsible court

The law applicable to the sales contract is Italian law and the jurisdiction for any disputes that may arise regarding the interpretation and execution of the contract is that of the consumer's place of residence.

Protection of personal data

- personal data are processed by us on paper and IT and collected at our office, to fulfil obligations imposed by law, regulations, and community legislation and to manage relationships existing at each stage (pre-contractual, contractual, litigation, etc. .);

- that the data in our possession will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties for commercial purposes, without prejudice to the limits set out in art. 16 of Legislative Decree 196/2003; Right of access
