Transport | shipments and deliveries
The seller will take care that, due to the weight and size of the item, a primary carrier takes care of the transportation of the goods sold. By returning the goods to the carrier, the seller fulfils the delivery obligation and ownership of the thing is transferred to the buyer. The goods sold therefore travel on behalf and at the risk and peril of the buyer and the seller is not responsible for deterioration and/or damage and/or other damage deriving from the goods during transport. Upon arrival at the destination of the goods, the buyer has the burden of verifying the same and of writing down any damage and/or other damage on the delivery note by immediately submitting a complaint to the carrier.
